Procedures for Rebuilding Motors :.

• Completely disassemble, inspect and test armatures
and field brush holders, shafts and all bearing surfaces -
repair or replace as needed.
•
Reinsulate to class H.
• Clean & glass bead all casing
• Reassemble with new brushes, bush springs, bearings,
insulators, and hardware as needed.
• The final test is testing to O.E.M spec before our
seal of approval is given.
